The property is a large detached house situated on the western side of the A25 Old Castletown Road to the south of Port Soderick/Ballaveare. Proposed here is a very small extension to the "snug" underneath an existing conservatory.

This is a very minimal change and has no adverse impact on the appearance of the property.
