Demolition of existing warehouse and re build as a single storey building with relocation of service bay to adjacent building, Warehouse abutting Barry Curran Motors, 26A Christian Street, Outside the CA. and, unlike the one opposite, not Registered. Obviously in a bad state, structurally. Nevertheless one does not like to see the traditional Ramsey warehouses disappear. Not all that prominent in the street-scene, so I suppose there is not much one can do about it. Sad!

An integral part of the West Ramsey Development Scheme and, assuming that goes ahead, will eventually seem logical. An expensive start though! Whether it will make life better or worse in those dwellings on the north side of Gladstone Street, remains to be seen!

Thought this might be St. Mary's Chapel (i.e. Ballure Church) but I misread Chibbyr (=well) for Cabbal (=chapel). I was wrong! No comment.

Is this the only access to this property? Plans don't show STW and are out of date. The Society must be concerned about the effect on hedges and trees. More information and Conditions, really needed.
