I refer to our letter dated 11 April 2005 regarding the above planning application.
The above mentioned application has been considered by the Network Planning Section and the following observations are the response of the Director of Highways on behalf of the DOT Highways Client Group.
I can now confirm that the response of the Highways Division of the Department of Transport is: No adverse traffic impacts. NB 1 The vehicle footway crossing shall be constructed in compliance with Manx Roads 2.
NB 2 The Applicant must obtain approval from the Operations Section of the DoT Highways before carrying out any work within the highway. Telephone 686665.
