Officer's Report

The application seeks approval for the installation of a new roof onto an existing agricultural barn in Andreas.

It is understood that the existing roof was severely damaged in the recent storms and high winds. The proposed roof is a replacement of a previous existing roof and does not increase the floorspace of teh agricultural barn. I recommend that the planning application be approved.
