Officer's Report

The site, defined in red, represents the curtilage of an existing detached house, situated on the north eastern side of Alberta Drive. Proposed is the erection of a conservatory, measuring 5m by 3m and 3.7m high.

There are now houses built behind the site which are not shown on the site plan, But this conservatory will still be 10m from the boundary.

There will not be any adverse impact as a result of this proposal.
