Officer's Report
The application seeks approval for the refurbishment and alteration of an existing outbuilding within a farm group in Bride to provide storage space.
The alterations comprise of the blocking up of some windows, the insertion of some new windows and the insertion of rooflights. There are no objections to the planning application and I consider the
proposal to be relatively unobjectionable. Accordingly, I recommend that the planning application be approved.
