The application seeks approval for the change of use of an existing flat on Mooragh Promenade, Ramsey to a tourist accommodation.
There are no objections to the proposed change of use and no external alterations are proposed. Given other relatively recent planning decisions I would suggest that the impact of the proposed use is limited
and that the proposal is acceptable. Accordingly, I recommend that the planning application be approved.
