The property is an existing terraced house situated on the south western side of Falkland Drive within a residential area. There is a rear lane accessible by vehicle which is presently not used in association with this property as there is no access directly from the lane to the rear yard.
Proposed here is the removal of the rear wall to provide vehicular access and parking to this area. This will result in parked vehicles being removed from the main road and as such should be encouraged.
