Dear Planning Department
Please be advised Port St Mary Commissioners had their last meeting of the current Board
last night and the new Board will not meet until 25th August 2021. We have received two
planning applications today that request comments are made by 6th August. Please note
the following:
21/00812/B - 12 High Street, PSM for installation of replacement windows to front
elevation - The Clerk will circulate and get a decision from the Board electronically.
21/00459/B - 2 Primrose Terrace, PSM for alterations, erection of a rear extension and
erection of a detached garage with living accommodation above - As the Commissioners
previously raised concerns regarding potential overlooking for neighbouring properties,
they would like any decisions to be postponed until they can physically meet to discuss and
comment on the amendments. This would be after 25th August.
