The site lies on the western side of the West Baldwin Road on the southern side of West Baldwin village.
The existing property is a modern bungalow set in a well landscaped garden and set well back from the road. Previously proposals were approved to alter and extend the property - PA 03/0266. Now proposed are alterations to this scheme, altering the form of the projecting gable - widening it but omitting the front dormer and altering slightly the single storey sun room/conservatory on the southern elevation.
None of these alterations are unacceptable and there are no objections to the application.
