The site lies on the southern side of Close Cam and represents the residential curtilage of number 21, a detached property.
Proposed here is the erection of a garden shed which will be 3m by 2.95 by 2.1m in height which is larger than that allowed under the PDO. It is to be positioned in the rear garden which is not particularly close to neighbours and in any case the shed is not particularly large or intrusive and should not cause any unneighbourliness. There are no objections.
