The site as defined in the application represents the domestic curtilage of an existing mid-terraced house in the southern terrace of St. German's Place.
Proposed here is the removal of an existing outside toilet, oil tank and flat roofed single storey annex and its replacement with a new glazed single storey annex which protrudes only a little further than does the existing.
Also proposed is the removal of a first floor rear window and the relocation of the oil tank and boiler in the rear yard.
There are no adverse impacts as a result of this proposal.
