The site represents the domestic curtilage of an existing dwelling located on the south western side of Kissack Road and accommodates a modern bungalow with attached flat roofed garage.
Proposed here is the installation of two rooflights in the front pitch and the installation of a flat roofed dormer in the rear to accommodate a bathroom.
The property behind sides on to the one and is approximately 14m from the dormer which will be fitted with obscured glass and as such should not afford overlooking.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
C 2. This approval relates to the installation of two rooflights and dormer window all as shown in drawings reference 1034-SK01 and 1024-01 both received on 25th January, 2005.
C 3. The window in the bathroom in the proposed dormer must be fitted with obscured glass to prevent overlooking of the property behind, and this glass must be retained in perpetuity.
