In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr A McCulloch Proposal: Installation of two roof lights to the front elevation and dormer window to rear at: 37 Kissack Road Castletown IM9 1NW
which was considered on 18 March 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the installation of two rooflights and dormer window all as shown in drawings reference 1034-SK01 and 1024-01 both received on 25th January, 2005.
- The window in the bathroom in the proposed dormer must be fitted with obscured glass to prevent overlooking of the property behind, and this glass must be retained in perpetuity.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
