The site represents the curtilage of an existing residential property which sits on the south western side of Central Drive, roughly half way between Sunningdale Drive and Royal Avenue.
Proposed here is a side extension to provide a kitchen. This takes the place of an existing lean-to shed but will have a roof at the same height and pitch as that of the bungalow.
The closest property lies behind the bungalow and at an angle to it. The property alongside fronts onto Royal Avenue and has a garage next to this bungalow.
As such, no adverse impact will result on adjacent neighbours from this development.
