Orchid survey and protection
No works may commence on the site of the triangular area of apron extension to the west apron, as described on Drawing P02, until after 1st August, or such earlier date as is agreed between Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and the Department of Transport, in order to afford to the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries the opportunity to identify any orchids, which are species protected under the Wildlife Act 1990.
