Officer's Report
The site represents the curtilage of an existing modest bungalow situated in a large plot on the corner of Cronk Road/Lhergy Cripperty. Two large dwellings have been recently built behind the bungalow on land which was previously their rear garden and sold off separately by these applicants.
Proposed here is the levelling of the side lawn by removing up to 2.8m of soil. This has no adverse impact on the dwelling or its neighbours and makes the garden more easily usable. I understand that the application intends to apply for permission in the future for the extension of the bungalow.
