which was considered on 12 March 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This approval relates to drawing numbers 4443-01; 03; 06 and 09, submitted as part of this application and date stamped 22nd December 2003.

1. The stables/riding arena may be used for equestrian purposes only which are ancillary to the occupation of the main dwelling and for no commercial use; no approval is granted to the use of the building as living accommodation.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
