The site represents the curtilage of an existing property located on the western side of the Clannagh Road, north west of Newtown.

Proposed here is the addition of a conservatory on the rear (western) elevation. This is to be 4.4m by 7m and 4m to the ridge. It is a sizeable structure but fits comfortably both on the building and within the site without affecting any other amenities.
