In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This approval grants permission for the rebuilding of the single storey element only as shown on drawing numbers AT 650.1 Rev 1 and AT 650.4 Rev 2 and as such is an amendment to the development approved under PA 04/766.
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
