Proposal: Approval in principle for the erection of three detached dwellings with garages on Pony Fields (Area J in Castletown Plan) at: Land Between Buchan School And The Crofts Castletown
which was considered on 3 September 2004, for the reasons set out in the attached schedule.

development would be contrary to the established policies of the Department, and would lead to a loss of woodland amenity.
