2. This permission relates to the reaction of a domestic garage as shown in drawing reference 1057-11 and -13 both received on 20.12.04.
3. The garage may be used only for the storage of private motor vehicles in association with the occupation of "The Grot" as shown on the approved plans.

5. SN 23 (sn water 2)
6. A high voltage overhead electricity line runs through the site. No part of the garage may be closer to the line than 9m in accordance with safety guidelines as set out in the 1982 Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order.
