The application seeks approval for the installation of uPVC casement windows in the front and rear elevations of a mid terraced dwelling in Laxey.

Whilst the property is situated in the Conservation Area I consider given that uPVC casement windows have been permitted in a neighbouring property it would be difficult to sustain a refusal. Accordingly, I recommend that the application be approved.
