Officer’s Report

Ballajeraie is an existing substantial house situated on the southern side of the Mullinaragher Road just to the south of Mullinaragher which is a Registered complex.

Proposed here are alterations to the house in the form of the removal of the existing conservatory on the eastern elevation and remodelling of the remainder of the elevation together with a new conservatory on this frontage. All the changes are an improvement and the property cannot be seen from the main road.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

C 2. This approval relates to the alterations shown in drawings 2452/1A, 2542/2A and 2452/3A all received on 4th November, 2004.

N 3. The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
