In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: The Isle Of Man Children's Centre Proposal: Placement of two mobile classrooms in existing garden at: Bonwick House Lezayre Road Ramsey IM8 2LU
which was considered on 15 April 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the location plan, site plan and photographs date stamped the 10th November 2004.
- This permission if for a maximum period of four years, after which the cabins must be removed from the site unless there is by then in place an approval for a further period.
- The mobile classrooms hereby permitted may only be used as an after school club or holiday club for children between the hours of 09:00 and 18:30 on any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult with the Fire Safety Department with regard to the provision of appropriate fire precaution measures.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
