In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- Prior to the commencement of the proposed use, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee details of how the shop window is to be treated and of all signage and advertisements which are to be displayed.
- The proposed use may take place only between the hours of 0800 and 2100 each day, in accordance with the letter dated 18th November 2004 from the applicant.
NOTE It is recommended that the applicant should consult the Fire Safety Department to discuss all aspects of fire precautions.
NOTE It is recommended that consideration should be given to the recommendations of the Disability Access Officer, a copy of which is attached to this notice.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
