WALLS:
New block work walls to be smooth
plain sand cement rendered and
painted white to match existing walls.
ROOF:
Proposed lean to boiler house roof to
be finished in blue/dark grey natural
slates with black fascia boards.
Proposed flat roof over utility room to
be dark grey polyroof or similar
seamless fibreglass roof finish, with
black fascia boards.
WINDOWS/DOORS:
New windows and doors to be double
glazed UPVC/ timber/ composite
aluminium framed units. New triple
units to dining area to be bifold/sliding
doors.
RAINWATER GOODS:
New rainwater goods to be round
profile black upvc units.
ROOFLIGHTS:
New roof lights to utility area and
corridor to be velux curved glass top
flat roof lights or similar approved.
