Dear Sir
I am seeking planning approval for the damaged chimney stack at 8 Central Drive Onchan, to be
removed and the roof made good with tiles to match the existing tiles.
The chimney is currently leaking water into the property and is no longer used.
The similar house at the opposite end of the terrace has had similar work carried out and the stack
removed.
In addition I am looking to replace the rotten timber widows in the old shop area of the property
with windows that match the upper floor of the property in order to make it look more of a
residential property to which it was converted earlier in the year under a previous application.
