The application seeks approval for the erection of a conservatory onto the front elevation of a detached dwelling in Bride.

A previous application (04/01531/B) for a conservatory was refused on the basis of design. This current application has been submitted after consultation and I consider it to resolve the issues of the previous application. Accordingly, I recommend that the application be approved.
