• The Ground Level to the neighbouring property (where the extension is proposed) is approximately 2-2.5m lower than the Application site. - Where the garden decking is extended over the Applicant's flat roof, a minimum 1.8m high hedge boundary will be created. The current arrangement does not allow much sunlight into the adjacent neighbours' property (Laurel Bank) and as such the proposal will not impact upon this property.
