REASONS FOR REFUSAL Application No. 98/1808

1 The site is within an area zoned for predominantly Residential use, and which is subject to current Study with a view to encouraging Urban Regeneration for this use; the proposed use of the site, and in particular the servicing and repairs aspects, would result in noise and in overspill parking and other activity which would have an adverse impact on existing and future residential use of the surrounding area.

NOTE: This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
