1. The application does not include either an Environmental Impact Assessment or sufficient information to enable the Department to make a full assessment of the environmental impact of the site being used as a general aviation aerodrome.

Recommendations

1. The Planning Committee recommends that the application should be refused for the reasons cited at Review. However, if the appointed person is minded to recommend approval, it is suggested that consideration should be given to the imposition of conditions which Reserve for subsequent decision all details of the proposal, and which limit the hours of operation and the number of flights on any one day.
