Officer's Report
This is a modest terraced property on the western side of the Foxdale Road. It would appear to have timber framed windows and front door.
It is proposed to replace the windows and door with uPVC in a golden oak finish. The windows and doors on the cottages on either side of the site have been altered. This is not within a conservation area and is not referred to in the Foxdale local plan as being of any importance.
The proposed windows and door are thus considered acceptable.
