Officer's Report
The site relates to 7 Bridge Street in Peel. It is in the Conservation Area. The existing windows are timber framed casement windows in a Georgian pattern. The door is a half glazed timber door.
It is proposed to install uPVC sliding sash windows. These are considered acceptable. The door is to be white with two panels on the lower section with glazed panel above with arched corners.
The Conservation Section would prefer a more traditional door, preferably in a colour. The door should be refused.
