Officer’s Report

The site lies off the western side of the Ballamodha Straight and represents the curtilage of an existing cottage. Various proposals for alterations and extensions have been approved and some refused (PA 98/209 approved and PAs 97/0090 and 95/1033 refused). Proposed here is the addition of a small lean-to porch. This work has already been undertaken and is acceptable.
