Time limit for commencement
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Time limit for taking up use
The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.

This approval relates to drawing number 04/91/01 date stamped received on 7th October 2004.
Shop window, signage and advertisements
Prior to the commencement of the proposed use there must be submitted to and approved by the planning committee details of how the shop window is to be treated and of all signage and advertisements which are to be displayed.
Operating hours
The proposed use may take place only between the hours of 08.00 and 21.00 each day.
No surface water to foul sewer
There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
Noise limits
The rating level of the noise emitted from operation of any plant and machinery at the launderette, The Old Curiosity Shop, shall not exceed LAeq, 1 hour - 40dB daytime (0700 - 2300) and LAeq, 5 minute - 30 dB night time (2300 - 0700) as measured at the facade to any window of neighbouring sensitive premises. The rating level shall be measured and calculated in accordance with BS 4142:1997. N.B. Sensitive premises include residential.
No dry cleaning
The permission for use of the premises as a laundrette does not include the use for dry cleaning on the premises.
