Please find appended below the Commissioners' observations regarding the following planning application:
04/2081C
Continued use of part of barn for the restoration and repair of classic cars for hobby purpose beyond the trial period, approved under 03/00335C at Beachfield Farm Lane, Off Station Road, Kirk Michael. Applicant: Mr Edward Collister.
No Objection
The Commissioners would like to stipulate that if this application is granted, the use of the barn must remain for hobby purposes only and that the Planning Enforcement Officer should make regular visits to the site to ensure that no commercial work is being undertaken and that the only work carried out is solely for the restoration of the owners classic cars. Mr W. D. Corlett & Mr B. R. Corlett would also like the Planning Committee to understand and appreciate the concerns expressed by the neighbours in their letters regarding the renewal of this application.
