In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr Edward Collister Proposal: Continued use of part of barn for the restoration and repair of classic cars for hobby purpose beyond the trial period approved under 03/00335C at: Beachfield Farm Station Road Kirk Michael
which was considered on 26 November 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
- This approval relates to the site plan and location plan date stamped the 11th October 2004.
- This approval relates to the change of use of part of the barn for the purposes of repairing and restoring vehicles for personal hobby reasons only. The barn shall
be used for such purposes by the owner of the site and Mr. Warrilow only as named in the application.
- This approval does not permit the use of the barn for any commercial purposes.
- The use of the building, as edged red on the drawings submitted as part of the planning application, shall only take place between 0800 and 1930 hours (Monday to Friday and 0800 and 1800 hours (Saturday and Sunday)).
NOTE This approval does not grant or imply approval for the storage of vehicles on the adjoining agricultural land.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
