PA/04/02149/B ā Demolition of side extension and construction of new entrance and display window. Luminaries, Shop and Workshop (The Old Bakery) James Place, Douglas.
The above mentioned application has been considered by the Network Planning Section and the following observations will be forwarded to the Planning Committee of the Department of Local Government and the Environment as the response of the Director of Highways on behalf of the DOT Highways Client Group.
No adverse traffic impacts.
The vehicle footway crossing shall be constructed in compliance with Manx Roads 2.
No part of the proposed development shall obstruct the highway without the written approval of the Highway Authority. This includes steps, access ramps and all other structures.
