In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Port Erin Hotels Ltd Proposal: Erection of a block of 25 apartments with associated parking to replace existing hotel at: Port Erin Imperial Hotel Promenade Port Erin IM9 6LH
which was considered on 10 December 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

NOTE The applicant should consult the Isle of Man Water Authority with respect to the regulations and byelaws applicable to the provision of a water supply to this development.
NOTE The applicant should consult the Fire Safety Department with respect to the Fire Precautions (Flats) Regulations 1996.
