The site represents the curtilage of an existing semi-detached bungalow situated on the western side of Birch Hill Grove.
Proposed here is the replacement of an existing flat roofed sun room with a glazed conservatory. This is to have a principal footprint of around the same size as the existing annex but with an odd kick back across the rear garden. Whilst strange, this does not adversely affect any other property.
