The site comprises a parcel of agricultural land adjoining the north side of the road from Cilen Maye to Arrasoy, about 80m east of the village. 2. Area of High Landscape Value 3. Proposed is use as a gas storage compound, and erection of the bulk tanks and fencing, and construction of an access road. 4. Whilst a bulk-storage and distribution system for the village is a sound idea, this particular site would be intrusive, and the HA is not satisfied with the design of the turning area.
