Review Approval Conditions

04/2203 ON REVIEW (Written submissions) 7.10.05 Approved

(1) SC 1 (4 years) (2) The turning area must be 10m x 30m, such as to facilitate turning within the site for tankers. (3) SC 6 (l'scaping) (4) SC 28 (implementation of landscaping)

(5) The existing tanks and cylinder installations identified in paragraph 2 of the letter dated 21.7.05 from the applicant to the P.C. must be removed within 3 months of the proposed installation becoming operational.

(6) Subject to the above conditions, this approval relates to drawing no. 100.1.04 Rev. A, as supplemented/clarified by the submissions received on 25.7.04.
