The following planning applications have been considered by the Peel Town Commissioners.
- PA 04/02252/B Erection of conservatory on rear elevation, 17 Bellellis, Ballawattleworth, Peel RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL.
- PA 04/02253/B Installation of timber sliding sash windows to replace existing on front elevation, 16 Bridge Street, Peel. RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL.
- PA 04/02261/B Alterations to front boundary to create off road parking for two cars. Conversion of roof space into additional living accommodation creating gable on rear elevation and the installation of six roof lights, Ballachrink, 14 Peveril Avenue, Peel RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL.
- PA 04/02273/B Amendments to approved shop front and extension (03/01794/B and 04/00261/B), 1 Michael Street, Peel. RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL.
- PA 04/02282/A Approval in principle for a residential development six town houses on derelict land, garage and workshop, Stanley Road, Peel. This application was discussed at some length and that there be a requirement for a ground survey before any excavation works were undertaken. Subject to this proviso the application was RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL
