Officer's Report
The application seeks approval for the erection of a conservatory onto a dwelling in Jurby.
The proposed conservatory will be positioned on the end of an extension to the dwelling that cannot be seen from the adjacent public highway and, I would suggest, cannot be seen in the surrounding area. I consider the proposal to be relatively unobjectionable and recommend that the application be approved.
