In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 22 October 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.
Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- Details of signage and any rooftop clutter (such as air-conditioning units) must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee prior to the installation thereof.
- Details of all external finishes and colour must be submitted to and approved by the Committee prior to any use thereof.
- Subject to conditions (2) and (3) above, this approval relates to the drawings which are numbered SC819/P/10-01, -/10-02, -/11-01, and -/12-01, and date-stamped 1st September
NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.
