In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Name: Fulmar Properties Ltd Proposal: Demolition of existing retail unit and the erection of a replacement retail unit at: 88/90 Strand Street Douglas IM1 2EP

which was considered on 22 October 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. Details of signage and any rooftop clutter (such as air-conditioning units) must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee prior to the installation thereof.

1. Details of all external finishes and colour must be submitted to and approved by the Committee prior to any use thereof.

1. Subject to conditions (2) and (3) above, this approval relates to the drawings which are numbered SC819/P/10-01, -/10-02, -/11-01, and -/12-01, and date-stamped 1st September

NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.
