The site consists of a two storey semi-detached property with a detached garage.
It is proposed to demolish the existing utility room to the rear and construct an extension to accommodate a larger kitchen area with a hipped roof. French doors area also proposed on the rear elevation. Also a canopy over the front door is proposed.
All these changes are modest in scale and are acceptable.
