Officer's Report
The property is an existing terraced house situated in the lower part of Royal Avenue overlooking Port Jack Glen.
The property was in a poor state of repair prior to its recent sale and the new owner wishes to renovate it. Permission has already been granted for the re-building of the front bay which was suffering subsidence and was coming away from the front elevation.
Proposed here are alterations at the rear, adding a single storey annex and replacing the existing windows with plastic framed casements.
This does not have an adverse impact on the neighbouring property.
