The site represents the curtilage of an existing property located on the eastern side of the Nallameanagh Beg Road to the south of Baldrine.
Proposed here is the rebuilding of an outbuilding to the west of the house. The existing building is roofless but was once a small cottage. The replacement building will be finished in render to match the house.
The new house is to be set back further than the existing building and may affect some trees which are not shown on the plans.
I have asked and asked for the plans and have received nothing. Refuse on this basis.

The submitted drawings do not include accurate indication of the position and canopy spread of the existing trees which whilst not within the defined site are very close to it. As such a proper assessment of the proposal and its impact on the trees cannot be made.
