The application seeks approval for the installation of two uPVC casement windows to replace two existing basement windows in the front elevation of a dwelling in Ramsey.

Due to their position in the basement the windows are not readily visible in the street scene. The building is not registered or within a conservation area and, as such, I consider that sustain a refusal would be difficult. I recommend that the application be approved.
